Founder of Iconiste and a true design enthusiast, David is a self-confessed perfectionist: he likes ideas to be simple, punchy, and as precise as a Swiss watch. With the agency, he champions the belief that a brand deserves more than just a pretty logo — it needs meaning, a voice, and a personality that resonates. And if David seems to have endless energy, it might just be because it’s coffee — not blood — running through his veins.
Arnaud leads projects with logic, empathy, and a clear vision of what truly matters. He ensures that production stays faithful to the original intent — all while keeping timelines and budgets on track, with a smile, a wink, and strategically timed coffees.
With sharp humor and a laugh that fills the room, Alexis is the link that unites the entire team. He orchestrates, prioritizes, and handles the unexpected with calm and composure. Thanks to him, the creative spark never gets lost in technical obstacles or distribution constraints — even if he is occasionally sidetracked by his impromptu musical reprises.
Aurélien is a craftsman of movement. No grand speeches, but elegant and precise animations, which make complex messages playful, captivating, and accessible. From the opening credits to the explainer, his work adapts to all formats — and shines particularly as soon as a beat enters the scene.
With a sharp eye, a solid sense of storytelling, and a passion for the imaginary, Pascal seeks truth in every shot. He embraces the overall vision, structures the narrative, and guides each project with accuracy, never stealing the spotlight from his subject.
This is the stage where the videos find their rhythm. Pascal assembles, trims, creates magic. His sense of timing transforms the raw footage into stories. They call him Captain'Cut. We love him, and he loves us.
Pauline delivers the ultimate digital nomad experience. She makes sure every piece of content can travel the world without losing anything along the way (which can’t be said for everyone here). Subtitles, cultural adaptations — she fine-tunes everything with a precision that would put most travel agencies to shame.
Pauline is a ball of energy in a “fun-sized” package, but don’t let that make you think she’s easy to bowl over. On the contrary — she’s tenacious, logical, and fights for what she’s thinks is right while smiling. Both joyful, and kind, she’s a multi-tasker — and often shows this off by singing a song while working away on next-level ideas and crafted visuals.
Evan is a versatile motion creator. He adapts seamlessly to all kinds of formats, from editing to motion design, with a real sensitivity for images that tell stories, set the rhythm, and bring ideas to life. Precise, responsive, and curious, he brings valuable added strength to motion design and VFX projects.
