NFIC

How do you explain that the thirty employees of this coastal office all line up at the start of the New York Marathon? A strong team spirit, a drive to challenge themselves and push their limits—qualities that are clearly reflected in how this office approaches its work.

Context

The three partners of the office noticed that people who have collaborated with them generally have a positive impression of the firm, but the wider public doesn’t necessarily share the same view. The culprit: an outdated website that doesn’t showcase the company properly. Iconiste was chosen to rethink both its identity and website.

Challenge

During the workshops led by Iconiste, certain facts stood out: a major sporting event shared annually, a visible passion for their work that shows on people’s faces. The agency paints a portrait of engineers who love using their expertise to make possible what once seemed impossible. A tight-knit team striving to turn the impossible into reality.

Result

A strong identity that highlights this office’s love for engineering. A dynamic and determined mindset translated into the brand identity, texts, and phrases that convey a distinctive spirit and showcase atypical achievements. The iconographic strategy is designed to highlight both the portfolio and the individuals who make up this strong team.
